KKUS Karateseminar 2025
31.10.2025
The KKUS Weekend in Sursee, led by two instructors from Japan, Senpai Airi Masuyama and Senpai Shota Maeda, offered varied and exciting training sessions:
Friday: Welcome training;
Saturday: Outdoor wake-up training before breakfast, followed by various workshops on the fundamentals of karate: Kihon, Kata, and Kumite;
Sunday: One Kata and one Kumite workshop, followed by 50-sparring in two groups. A small examination group from the Ebikon Dojo (brown and black belt levels) faced the KKUS experts on Saturday evening, while all other participants spent the evening in the common room chatting, playing games, and having fun.
On Sunday evening, some members from the three dojos, along with the Japanese instructors, enjoyed a fondue boat trip in Lucerne.
A big thank you again to the Ebikon Dojo for the excellent organization of the camp, especially to Sensei Corinne.
