4. Seishin Karate Cup

This year's home tournament of Dojo Winterthur took place, with around 150 competitors of all ages. The no-contact fights went off without a hitch, in relatively pleasant temperatures. The afternoon's semi-contact fights were considerably more demanding: the fights were sweaty and strenuous – it got increasingly hotter and the tension mounted!
Dojo Winterthur thanks all participating dojos for motivating their fighters to take part in this rather unconventional Kyokushin competition. A big thanks also goes to all the external and internal referees, coaches, and helpers for their valuable contributions to this year's Seishin Karate Cup.
We're already looking forward to the 5th Seishin Karate Cup in 2027.
